White Paper: Introduction to ChromaLive
Here, we introduce ChromaLive, a novel, non-toxic dye to label live cells as a mix-and-read assay and provide phenotypic fingerprints. The capabilities of ChromaLive extend to kinetic measurements of phenotypic changes in live cells, offering a valuable tool for studying dynamic cellular processes. ChromaLive shows tremendous potential for studying live cell models, revealing phenotypic profiles, and providing researchers with new phenotypic data to assist in efficient drug discovery efforts.
