In this how-to-guide, we report the design of a new high-throughput screening (HTS) workflow for non-toxic live cell painting, which allows scientists to capture new profiling data at scale, with tools
that preserve cell physiology. Our goal is to provide a reference for drug discovery groups to implement
this emerging approach into their own HTS pipelines.
