ER-LIVE™ is an advanced non-toxic dye designed for high-quality live-cell staining of the Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) without compromising cell health. Unlike standard ER stains that can significantly reduce cell viability, ER-LIVE™ preserves normal cell proliferation and viability, even in sensitive models like iPSC-derived neurons and U2OS cells.

This dye allows for extended live-cell imaging and kinetic studies by remaining in the media throughout the assay, thanks to its mix-and-read formulation. It is added directly to the cell culture medium during or after cell seeding. The simple protocol requires no washing step prior to imaging.

ER-LIVE™ delivers bright, stable ER labeling and can be easily multiplexed with other dyes like NucleoLIVE™ Red for cell segmentation or ChromaLIVE™ for deeper biological insights.
