Inside Sales and Marketing Manager
What will you do?
Right from the start, you will have a significant impact on accelerating the commercialization of an innovative product that already has a strong traction in the market. Your work will focus mostly on increasing sales of our core technology by advising, supporting and managing customers to help them reach full technology integration. You will also be involved in lead generation and lead qualification as well as supporting various marketing initiatives. Your role within the organization will be very important for the company’s success and will also lead to many advancement opportunities. As a young, fast-growing biotech startup, your ability to develop new and strong relationships and your ability to find various ways to create value for our customers will be essential to achieving our ambitious goals.
What you will mostly be doing:
- Management of new and existing customer accounts to reach full technology integration
- Prospection for new potential customers;
- Lead qualification
Other things you will be doing:
- Implementation of sales and marketing campaigns;
- Marketing support for content creation and distribution;
- Learn and master the scientific basis of the product to effectively engage with customers;
- CRM management;
- Support with the optimization of our sales process;
- Support in developing business opportunities (distribution agreements, various partnerships with industry players or researchers);
- Provide end-user feedback to support the development of our technologies.
Who are you?
Like us, you are a passionate individual and you have a bachelor, or master or PhD degree in the field of life sciences. You have at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing roles. You are proficient in english.
