Nuclear staining is crucial to cell biology research for accurate measurements of cell counts and cell proliferation.
Current methods, like engineered cell lines or toxic dyes limit the information that can be gleaned from cell proliferation assays. Saguaro's non-toxic nuclear dye finally makes it possible to perform long-term live-cell imaging without perturbing cells, and without the need to perform tedious transfection protocols.

NucleoLIVE™ is a non-toxic nuclear dye designed for live-cell imaging, providing bright and reliable nuclear staining without affecting cell health or behavior.
NucleoLIVE™ red is excited at 561nm and can be seamlessly combined with ChromaLIVE™ Deep Red for multi-parametric assays and deeper biological insights.
NucleoLIVE™ Blue
NucleoLIVE™ Blue is just like the original NucleoLIVE™: same non-toxic performance for live-cell imaging and the same reliable nuclear staining, but with a different fluorescence spectrum. It is designed for 405nm laser excitation sources. This version can be paired with ChromaLIVE™.
