This poster presents a novel approach for quantifying apoptosis in live cells. It introduces ChromaLIVE, our non-toxic dye designed for live-cell imaging and automated AI analysis, which addresses the limitations of traditional fixed-cell methods that compromise cell viability and miss dynamic apoptotic events.

The approach combines ChromaLIVE with ViQi's AutoHCS™ tool for high-content imaging analysis, allowing real-time visualization and quantification of apoptosis without harming cells. ChromaLIVE excels at quantifying time-sensitive cellular events, enhancing drug efficacy assessment, and providing a more nuanced understanding of apoptosis.
