ChromaLIVE reveals distinct cellular staining patterns when excited around 488nm or 561nm.  With this document, you will understand how specific filters on the Opera Phenix instruments allow selective imaging of each staining pattern. It provides detailed instructions for setting up filters as well as compatibility with Hoechst. This ensures users can fully benefit from ChromaLIVE's technology by imaging cells at multiple wavelengths, even when decoupling channels to avoid bleed-through.
